2022 Mariachi Festival
Enjoy three days of mariachi music and ballet folklorico dancing.
The 4th Annual Mariachi Festival (August 18-20) will be held in the Wortham Theater, Houston’s most prestigious theater. This three day event will feature Mariachi Mariposas, Mariachi 7 Leguas, Mariachi Imperial de America, UH Mariachi Pumas, and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Ballet Folklorico.
Also performing will be winners of the Mariachi Festival National Mariachi Vocal Competition, which will include the best elementary school, middle school and high school mariachi vocalist. To see last year’s winners, go to www.mariachifestival.com.
