A Meditation Mini-Retreat (Livestreaming)
Discover how the Tibetan understanding of well-being can enrich our meditation practices.
Using an awareness of breath, visualization, concentration, perception, body movements, and sound, we’ll practice and develop a sense of meditation as a whole-body practice. We will then explore how to integrate the growing sense of completeness developed through these practices into our daily lives, outside of meditation. Join us as we strive to achieve a relaxed yet aware state of mind, and a healthier lifestyle that goes beyond the meditation cushion.
