Belonging: The Archetype of Home Lecture (Livestreaming)

We all long for home. For humans, with our need to find meaning, learning what home means to us individually is also to learn who we are. We will look at Hestia, the goddess of the home for the Greeks, as well as the story of Odysseus, which provides a template for navigating the journey to find home and belonging. How do we know we have arrived home? What role do our ancestors play in finding home? These and other stories will provide the structural basis for us to find our own sense of belonging, our own tribe, and to sit around Hestia’s life-bringing fire.
