Cultivating Positive Emotions (Livestreaming)

Come learn Mindfulness practices to release negative emotions (such as envy and jealousy) to make room for joy, gratitude and loving Kindness.

Join us for an introduction to the qualities we can cultivate through mindfulness, and which increase our overall sense of well-being: equanimity, gratitude, appreciative joy, generosity, loving kindness, and compassion. As we learn tools to release envy and jealousy, we’ll also explore teachings from the world’s great wisdom traditions (including Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism, Sikhism, and Hinduism – all presented here in a secular format) that can connect us to positive, healing qualities which we may never have known were ours.
