Give your body a gentle workout with the Feldenkrais method.
Using simple movements, the Feldenkrais method allows us to explore how we do what we do, and how we move the ways we move. Bringing awareness to our movement patterns gently expands what’s possible, increasing balance, agility, and range of motion. Please wear unrestrictive, comfortable clothing.
Gika Rector has been a fiber artist for more than 20 years. She combines creativity, her education in psychology, and her role as a personal coach and Feldenkrais practitioner to facilitate transformation in individuals and organizations.
