Friday Feeding Frenzy

They’re baaack! Starting June 6 (and continuing every Friday this summer), the Cockrell Butterfly Center is bringing back a crowd favorite: the Friday Feeding Frenzy — your chance to see our critters up close and personal as they devour their meals.

Included with admission to the Butterfly Center, Friday Feeding Frenzy is the perfect way to see our snakes, centipedes, praying mantises, bullfrogs and more in action. From as safe distance, you can watch as our critters are fed by Butterfly Center staff, who will give insight into how these bad boys stay fit and FIERCE!

Often, the only way to see this action up close is in a documentary (or out in nature, where you wouldn't want to get too close). Here’s your chance to see it all live — and safely.
