Jill Parisi: Tidal Mosaics (PrintHouston 2014)

McMurtrey Gallery and PrintMatters present the exhibition Tidal Mosaics by Jill Parisi. Opening reception, June 7, 6pm – 8pm; on view through July 5.

The exhibition is in conjunction with PrintHouston 2014, a summer-long celebration of original prints, the artists who create them, and the people who collect them.

Jill Parisi, from upstate New York, brings her fantastic botanical and zoological prints to Houston.  Her imaginary ecosystems are informed by nature's highly detailed patterns and structures.
