This course provides an introduction to mindfulness meditation and mindful awareness practices, with a view to taking the edge off.

There’s no shortage of stressors in difficult times. This course provides an introduction to mindfulness meditation and mindful awareness practices, with a view to taking the edge off. You will learn and experience grounding (focusing) your mind in your body – through breath, sound, and body sensations, while in stillness and while moving – and will learn specific practices for being with physical pain, emotional challenges, and difficult thinking.
