Turning Fast and Slow: A Non-Intensive Feldenkrais Intensive (In Person)
Come learn how to make your body move more easily, and how that might even make adapting to changes a little easier, too.
“Turning on a dime…” Can you turn that quickly? Sometimes it feels like the world is spinning pretty darn fast, and it’s hard to keep up. Physically or metaphorically, it seems that we’re being called to turn quickly. In this workshop, participants will use slow movements to explore ways to turn in any direction with greater ease and grace. Come learn how to make your body move more easily, and how that might even make adapting to changes a little easier, too.
