St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church began as a mission outpost sponsored jointly by Bellaire and St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Churches, together with Brazos Presbytery (now The Presbytery of New Covenant) of the Presbyterian Church, U.S. (now the Presbyterian Church USA).
