If you watch TV, you’re likely to discover this young phenom: Daneliya. Born in 2006 in Astana, Kazakhstan, Daneliya started attending singing and dancing classes at 6 years old. In 2015, she won Kazakhstani singing competition Ayaglagan Astana and reached the finals of Russian tv project Children’s New Wave, where she won the Audience Award. Two years later, Daneliya won the international singing competition, Hopes of Europe, and went on to become the first non-Ukrainian to win The Voice Kids in the summer of 2017. In February 2019, she made her US debut on CBS’ The World’s Best were she made it to the championship round before getting beat out by the eventual grand prize winner.
