Houstonians looking for a fun-filled 4th of July celebration inside the city limits can head to Miller Outdoor Theatre for the Houston Symphony’s annual free concert, ExxonMobil Summer Symphony Nights: A Star-Spangled Salute. Principal Pops Conductor Michael Krajewski (pictured) has planned a patriotic program of American melodies and toe-tapping tunes.
As always, the Houston Symphony will close the concert with Tchaikovsky’s festive "1812 Overture" complete with booming cannons!
This celebration concludes with a magnificent display of fireworks provided by the City of Houston through the Miller Theatre Advisory Board.
Be sure to join us for this Houston tradition!
