From the outside, images of a giant ’50s jukebox may come to mind. There’s lots of shiny chrome, neon and glass — building materials inspired by the era of the art-deco diner.
But don’t be fooled by appearances; they’re very serious about their beef and crab here.
The claws are flown in year-round from places as remote as the Yucatan peninsula. Crabs also reign supreme at Truluck’s Sunday brunch, where you’ll find the frittata del mar, with sauteed crabmeat, shrimp and crawfish tails.
