His creation, a striking, neo-deco tower of power, penetrates the urban sprawl with a soaring, 64-story upward thrust. It’s one of the tallest suburban office buildings in the world. Capping the tower is a 7,000-watt revolving light that cuts through the humid night sky like a searchlight beam in Gotham City.
